Psychology and deep expertise in AI to help organizations make smarter, faster, and more human-centered decisions. With more than 15 years of experience leading data science and AI strategy, I’ve built global teams, launched transformative products, and delivered over $100M in business value across the energy, technology, and industrial sectors.

My passion lies in taking complex problems—optimizing solar operations, improving call center experiences, or reducing wind turbine downtime—and turning them into actionable, AI-driven solutions. At AES, I’ve led large-scale programs involving Generative AI, digital twins, NLP, and computer vision, helping the organization enhance forecasting, reduce costs, and become more agile in the face of change. I’m particularly proud of work that delivered impact and shifted mindsets—helping organizations move from skepticism to full-scale adoption of next-gen technologies.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge strategy with execution. I’ve partnered with C-suite leaders to shape enterprise-wide AI strategies, built predictive analytics platforms from the ground up, and developed governance frameworks that ensure scalability and trust. Whether designing agentic AI systems for customer service or streamlining predictive maintenance in complex environments, I thrive on creating innovative and practical systems.
