Roy Bechtold

Prior to beginning his career in financial services, Roy served 21 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Special Operations Officer. His years of service instilled in him a deep sense of leadership, commitment, discipline, and dedication. These values were the foundation of his military career and continue to guide him as a financial advisor. He brings the same level of discipline, commitment and dedication to helping individuals, families and businesses work toward their financial goals as they seek to secure their futures.

Roy believes the cornerstone of a successful client/advisor relationship is the mutual trust and respect that develops over time, and he is deeply committed to helping his clients realize their long-term financial goals. He provides a comprehensive approach to wealth management, risk management, and estate planning to individuals, families, and businesses.

He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy in mechanical engineering and was on the varsity football and rugby teams. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Originally from Green Brook, New Jersey, Roy is active in the community as a volunteer for organizations such as the Marine Raider Foundation, the Honor Foundation, and i9 Youth Sports. He enjoys surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and fishing. Roy and Carol have one child, Harrison.
