Luke Medvegy

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Luke V. Medvegy, is the Founder of Business Navigators and Veteran Coaching Network who is visionary leader, entrepreneur, and veteran advocate whose career spans over two decades in military service, business innovation, and nonprofit leadership. As a retired U.S. Army officer, he has led strategic operations in over 40 countries, specializing in logistics, crisis management, and leadership development.

Luke is the Founder of Business Navigators, Veteran Coaching Network, American Skyport, and Strategy Unlocked. Through American Skyport, he’s pioneering Advanced Air Mobility solutions to transform transportation and stimulate economic growth. With Business Navigators, he empowers businesses through strategic consulting and mentorship. His podcast, Strategy Unlocked, delivers actionable insights for entrepreneurs navigating complex business landscapes.

A tireless advocate for veterans, Luke serves as an ambassador for IVMF and Bunker Labs and leads American Heroes Equine Connection, providing equine therapy for veterans and first responders. He’s active in mentoring, policy advocacy, and building resources for the veteran community.

Luke holds an MBA in Corporate Leadership from Indiana University, an MA in Diplomacy & International Conflict Management from Norwich University, and additional certifications in space operations and Mandarin Chinese. He has been awarded the Bronze Star, multiple Meritorious Service Medals, and numerous honors for his distinguished military service.

Luke lives in Indiana with his wife, Katie, and their four children. His mission is to bridge the gap between military service and civilian success, driving innovation, empowering veterans, and transforming industries.
