I'm Dave Rossberg, a former Navy nuclear submarine officer and general contractor turned business coach. For over 15 years, I’ve led teams through high-stakes chaos: nuclear submarines, high-growth startups, and construction sites nationwide. I’ve seen firsthand how owners and leaders get trapped in firefighting mode, missing out on the freedom and impact they set out to create.
My mission: Help trades and construction owners grow profitably while getting their lives back. I've turned around struggling teams (like one of the Navy's lowest performing nuclear units becoming a top performer), scaled companies to acquisition, and built systems so owners can delegate without chaos.
